Project Management
A dedicated team of project managers exchange information within the organization, hence leading to effective solutions. Our project managers are responsible for arranging meetings as and when required and sharing weekly progress with our customers. All project managers at Maxop are technically sound and maintain constant communication with our clients.
Tool Design
Prior to the tool design, our engineers conduct a feasibility study with a thorough understanding of customer standards and specifications. With years of experience and practical knowledge, Maxop offers complete manufacturability solutions as a dedicated tool and die manufacturing company for Inhouse needs.
All tools are optimized through simulation and mold flow analysis, ensuring precision. Our team leverages NX, CATIA, AutoCAD, Flow 3D, and Teamcenter facilities.
Our die design and manufacturing capability range up to 2250T.
Tool Manufacturing
Our tool room is equipped with:
- CAD/ CAM facility for tool manufacturing
- Vertical Milling Centre (VMC)
- Electric Discharge Machine (EDM)
- CNC wire cut machine
- In-house stress relieving heat treatment
- Die-spotting press
- Die-spotting machine with 0.02mm accuracy
